1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Must be in their original condition
Tags must remain intact and attached
Must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date
Must include all original packaging, accessories, and gifts (if applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable
3. Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees
We do not provide prepaid return labels
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days
If the return is rejected (e.g., damaged, used, tags removed), the item will be sent back to you at your expense
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, please:

Place a new order for the desired item
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and clear photos of the item
We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

8. Cancellations
